Terms of service

1. Who we are

This online store is operated by MaltaCareersHub Ltd (company no. C 102947, VAT no. MT29473720), 80 Fortress Street, Triq il-Fortizza, Mosta MST 1885, Malta, trading as AnyVases ("we", "us"). Contact: marketing@gvmcglobal.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Malta, Gozo and EU countries. See our Shipping policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you choose.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund policy for how to cancel and return items.

6. Our products

Each vase is 3D-printed individually, so fine layer lines and slight colour differences between batches are normal and are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens. Our vases are decorative and not food-safe; please follow the care instructions supplied.

7. Legal guarantee

If you are a consumer, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including product designs, photos, text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
