Fresh flowers, done right
- Fill with room-temperature water and refresh it every few days.
- Empty and dry the vase between uses.
- Dust with a soft, dry brush or cloth. If needed, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and lukewarm water.
- No solvents, abrasive sponges or scouring pads.
Care questions
Can my vase go in the dishwasher?
No. PETG softens with heat, so keep your vase away from anything above 60°C, including dishwashers and hot water.
Can I leave it in the sun?
Normal daylight is fine. Avoid hot spots such as a sunny window ledge behind glass in summer, near radiators or in a closed car.
How do I clean the inside?
Rinse with lukewarm water and let it dry upside down. For dust on the outside, use a soft, dry brush to get into the ribs and spirals.
Is it safe for food or drink?
No. Our vases are decorative and are not food-safe.
Is it safe around children and pets?
It is not a toy. Keep small vases away from young children, and place vases where pets are unlikely to knock them over.
What if my vase cracks?
Stop using it to hold water. If it arrived damaged, email marketing@gvmcglobal.com within 7 days with a photo of the vase and the box and we will replace or refund it.
