Shipping policy

We ship from Malta with DHL Express to Malta, Gozo and all EU countries.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from our DHL Express rates. DHL charges by box size, so the price depends on the size of the vase. For one vase:

Size	Malta and Gozo	Other EU countries
Petite, bud vases and custom Small	€8.50	€21.40
Midi, most catalogue vases and custom Medium	€8.50	€23.60
Grande and custom Large	€8.50	€24.70
Large statement vases (Ġgantija, Mdina, Smeraldo, Neve)	€15.30	€38.20

Several vases: we pack them together and charge one rate on the combined box size. For example, a Petite, a Midi and a Grande ship to the EU for €45.00 instead of €69.70 separately.

Free shipping on orders of €500 or more.

The exact shipping cost for your basket and address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

Every vase is packed by hand. When your order ships we email you a DHL tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Taxes and customs

Prices include VAT. Because we ship from inside the EU, there are no customs fees on EU deliveries.

Damaged on arrival

If your vase arrives damaged, email marketing@gvmcglobal.com within 7 days with a photo of the vase and the box, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
