Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you choose, receive the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email to marketing@gvmcglobal.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Returning the item

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of returning it. Pack it well: we are not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We use the same payment method you paid with. We may wait to refund until we have the item back or you have sent proof that you returned it.

Custom-made items

Custom colours or sizes made to your order can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty items

Your legal guarantee rights apply for 2 years from delivery, in addition to this policy.
