About our vases
What are your vases made of?
Every vase is 3D-printed in our studio in Malta from 100% recycled PETG. The colour runs through the material, so there is no paint to chip.
Can I put water and fresh flowers in it?
Yes. Every vase holds water. Empty and dry it between uses, and refresh the water every few days.
Are they fragile?
PETG is tougher and lighter than ceramic, but a hard drop can still crack it. Keep vases away from heat above 60°C: radiators, dishwashers, hot water and strong summer sun behind glass.
Will my vase look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is printed individually, so fine layer lines and slight colour differences between batches are normal. Room photos are styled to show the vase at home.
Orders and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship with DHL Express from Malta to Malta, Gozo and all EU countries.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from DHL Express rates, based on the box size. For one vase: €8.50 within Malta and Gozo, and €21.40 (Petite) to €24.70 (Grande) to other EU countries. Large statement vases are €38.20 to the EU. Several vases ship together in one box at one combined rate, and shipping is free on orders of €500 or more.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships we email you a DHL tracking link.
Do I pay customs or import tax?
No. Prices include VAT and we ship from inside the EU, so there are no customs fees on EU deliveries.
What if my vase arrives damaged?
Email marketing@gvmcglobal.com within 7 days with a photo of the vase and the box, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Can I return my vase?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us to let us know, then send the vase back within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you. See our refund policy.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom colours or sizes made to your order can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Do you supply hotels, restaurants and events?
Yes, we take bulk orders for homes, hotels, restaurants and events. Get in touch for a quote.
