From recycled PETG to your shelf: how we print in Malta

AnyVases started with a simple question: what can a vase look like when it doesn't have to come out of a mould? 3D printing gave us the answer. Here is how a vase goes from an idea to your shelf.

Designing the shape

Every design starts on screen. Because nothing has to be released from a mould, we can draw deep spirals, rippled walls, fine ribs and slender flared necks. Each shape is test-printed and refined until it looks right from every angle.

Printing layer by layer

In our studio in Malta, each vase is printed one fine layer at a time from 100% recycled PETG. The texture you see is part of the form itself, not painted on, and the colour runs right through the material, so there is no paint to chip.

Checked by hand

When a print is finished, we check every vase by hand before it is packed. Because each piece is printed individually, you may notice fine layer lines or slight colour differences between batches. They are a quiet trace of how your vase was made.

Packed to travel

We pack each order carefully and ship it with DHL Express from Malta to Malta, Gozo and across the EU.
