Short answer: open the vase designer, pick a shape, set the height and width, choose a surface and a colour, and add it to your cart. We 3D-print that exact vase to order in Malta in PETG, which holds water, and dispatch it in 3–5 working days.
Step 1: pick a shape
The shape is the outline of your vase, from the base to the rim. There are seven:
- Column: straight sides, for long stems and dried grasses.
- Belly: round and full, for loose bunches.
- Bud: a narrow neck that holds one or two stems upright.
- Amphora: wide shoulders and a flared rim, inspired by ancient Mediterranean jars.
- Trumpet: opens out at the top, so flowers fan out.
- Teardrop: heavy at the base, narrowing to the top.
- Hourglass: wide at both ends with a slim waist.
Not sure which suits your flowers? Our guide on choosing a vase shape explains the 1.5× height rule.
Step 2: set the size
Choose a height from 80 to 250 mm and a width from 50 to 200 mm at the widest point. The designer shows the opening at the top and how much water the vase holds as you go. The size also sets the price:
- Small, €25: up to 130 mm tall and 100 mm wide.
- Medium, €40: up to 210 mm tall.
- Large, €55: up to 250 mm tall.
Step 3: choose a surface
This is where a 3D-printed vase gets its character. Pick smooth, ribs, pleats, facets, rings or waves, then adjust:
- Count: how many ribs, pleats, sides, rings or waves.
- Depth: how deep the relief goes, from a soft texture to bold ridges.
- Twist: how far the pattern turns from base to rim, up to a full turn either way.
Drag the 3D preview to turn the vase and see how the light falls on the surface.
Step 4: choose a colour
Thirteen colours: white, café latte brown, cappuccino brown, espresso brown, orange, purple, navy blue and glitter black, plus five pastels: pink, blue, mint green, yellow and lavender. The colour runs through the material, so there is no paint to chip.
Step 5: check and order
Before you order, the designer checks that your vase will print well. If a curve is too steep or the opening is too small for stems, it tells you what to change. When it says Ready to print, add it to your cart.
Your vase gets a design code, such as AMP-180-120-RIB24-6-T90-CAPPUCCINO. It goes on your order, and we use it to make the print file, so the vase we print is the vase you designed. Keep the code to order the same vase again, or send it to a friend.

Quick answers
Can I see my vase before I order?
Yes. The 3D preview updates as you change each setting, and you can turn it with your mouse or finger.
Does a custom vase hold water?
Yes. It is printed in PETG as one continuous wall with a solid base, so it works with fresh flowers.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Email us straight away with your order number and new design code. Once printing has started, we can't change it.
Can I return a custom vase?
Custom vases are made to your design, so they can't be returned if you change your mind. If one arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it or refund you.
Open the vase designer and start with a shape.
